1. Initial Consultation


When you meet with our friendly staff for the first time, we will work with you to establish your requirements.

We will guide you through our suit styles, waistcoat fabrics and range of neckwear and colours to ensure your choice matches your requirements perfectly.

Then our professionals will take your correct measurements.

Once you have made your final decision our staff will take your details and put through your order, now you need only relax.

2.  Fitting


Your fitting appointment will be with us in our store to try on your order and make sure it is exactly as you were expecting. We will inform you as soon as your order arrives so that you (and your groomsmen) can come in as soon as you are available to try it on and make sure everything is okay.

If any part of the suit do not fit perfectly, we will take this opportunity to order necessary replacements.

3. Collection Appointment


Once your order has arrived, been fitted and okayed by you, collection is available to you up to one week in advance of your arranged date.

Please note, a deposit against damages may be required from you. This will returned upon the return of hired items in appropriate condition. </h5

Whilst you don’t need to arrange your Wedding suit a year in advance it’s always best to get everything sorted as early as you can.

If you know your correct measurements that’s great-if not don’t worry our staff are able to take your measurements.

If you have a certain colour you need to match, please bring a sample where possible, it will help us when suggesting matching or contrasting colours for you.

Please let us know when arranging your appointment any particular requirements you may have and we will do our best to accommodate you. For example if you particularly wish to try on a black tailcoat jacket in a  46″ Chest we can check if we have one in store for your to try in your appointment.

Please work with us when arranging your fitting appointment. If you are unable to attend a fitting until a few days before your event and any items need replacing we cannot guarantee they will arrive in time.
